Solved! Laptop wont turn on

I have a problem with laptop
After plug-in charger there is a charging light even without the battery...
After pressing power button the power light comes on laptop won't start. Fan doesn't spin.
Can someone help ?
I will be appreciated for any suggestions
Informations about voltages:
Charger connector 19.35
Power button 3v
2 mosfets after charging port 19.35v
Super IO chip 3.3v
Bios chip 3.3v
Coils near ram 0
Ram pins 0
Coils near CPU 0 or measure wrong

Weird thing - charging light is on when charger is pluged without battery

Chances are motherboard is bad. You can try a different charger but that is probably not the issue.
