Laptop won't turn on

I have a Toshiba laptop windows 8 and I upgraded to windows 10 and I never really had problem with it till yesterday after playing games and I left it on sleep and the next day I turned it on and it was just a white screen and the only light was the WiFi light the power light and charge light was off if I connect charger the charger light will be white not orange someone pls help me

You'll have to turn it off the hard way to get it to come back on properly. Press the power button until it goes off then try to power up again.

If you get in, go to c:\windows\system32 and right click the file cmd. Select RunAs Administrator and when the black form opens up, at the Command Prompt, type:-

powercfg hibernate off

then press Enter. Restart the machine and you shouldn't have this problem again.
