i want to purchase laptop but dont no the actuall config...and confuse about dell or HP...
can u suggest me

What will you do with it? Games, work, internet, photoshop, video editing, online pornos? It's hard to tell you what to get if you only give a price. I know tiny laptops for $450 and I know really big ones with 17+ inch screens. The more you tell us, the more we can help.
