Question laptop

laptop opened to a blank, black screen and stayed stuck on it.
powered off and on after one minute.
eventually blue screen emerged, and then microsoft logo.
is this the end of my laptop?

Need more info here, did this happen after something else, drop, spill, Windows update, something installed/uninstalled, etc..?

Brand/model of system. Did you try anything already? No way to tell what may be the issue without some troubleshooting. Could simply need a new drive and a Windows setup.
