Laptops:2GB GDDR3 or 1 GB GDDR5

Hello,

I am planning to buy a laptop and have filtered down to the 2 of them; DM4 and Envy4. I am from India and have a budget of around 50K.

Can anyone please help me decide on one of them.

Envy4:
i5 3rd Generation Processor 3317U (dual-Core) 1.7 GHz,
4 GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 RAM
500GB (5400rpm)
AMD Radeon HD 7670M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)

DM4:
i5 2nd Gen
6GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 RAM
650 Gb (5400rpm)
AMD Radeon HD 7670M 1GB DDR5


Envy4, even after having i5 3rd gen, its processor speed is low (1.7Ghz- turbo boost to 2.5 Ghz)

DM4 has 1 GB lesser Graphics Card, but is of DDR5 and also battery backup is less.

Any suggestions on the build quality is helpful too.

If my usage includes web designing, programming, photoshop editing and light gaming. Which one of them wil be a better option? Also considering the lower clocking speed of envy4(how much will this matter)?
