Laptop's fan no longer works?

Laptop's fan at start was making buzzing sounds and vibrations, as if something stuck in it or blades were hitting something. But now the fan gone silent completely. Installing SpeedFan shows incorrect speed (4294967296 RPM) and laptop itself heats ~90C. No hot air escapes it. When I disassembled laptop, fan was rotating very slow. The reason of buzzing sounds was something in fan. Trying to rotate it when laptop is off - produced same sound. Laptop ~2.5 years old. Warranty - 12 moths. Model of laptop: ASUS X751LB-TY143T

I would see if I could get the model information from the fan and order a new one.
