Laptop's mic input can't be heard when played on mobile phones

Hi. I use lenovo Ideapad 320 for streaming and sometimes for casual video editing. When I try to record narration via it's inbuilt mic or stream, my voice is heard fine on desktops and laptops, but if you play the same on mobile phones without plugging the headphones, you cannot hear my voice. The other sounds like game sounds etc can still be heard. You just can't hear the things that are received from the mic.

Play this on desktop and mobile phone (without headphones), you'll know the difference.

I use windows 10 64bit and OBS, Audacity for recording sound if that makes a difference.

For me, even on a computer, the sound is very low. And everything else is quite loud on it. So I would suggest raising the recording volume.
