Latest games with these specs

I just want to know whether I can play these games with the specs mentioned below,at least with the low settings? (1)Tom Clancy's The Division (2)Assasin's Creed Unity (3)Assasin's Creed Syndicate (4)Far Cry Primal (5)Rise of The Tomb Raider.

*Processor:- Intel i5-3450 - 3.1GHz
*RAM:- 4GB
*Graphic Card:- GeForce GTX 750 2GB

Yeah, low settings should all work. This is above minimum requirements.
Should be able to get medium on some of them.

You can't play Tom Clancy as you need at least 6GB of RAM. Again, with Assasin's Creed Unity needs 6GB RAM. Assasin's Creed syndicate needs 6GB RAM. You can play Far Cry Primal. Rise of Tomb Raider needs 6GB RAM. So because of your RAM, you can't play anything except Far Cry Primal.
