Latitude 3340 won't turn on

My dell laptop (windows 7) will not turn on. I push the power button, nothing happens, no light or anything. I tried a different charger, a different outlet. That didn't work. Nothing predated this change. I went to sleep, it was normal, half charged, and then woke up, tried to turn on my computer, and nothing happened. The screen isn't damaged. The cord is lighting up, to say it is charging. There is no sign of activity. It's cool to the touch. The battery is connected and does not appear to be damaged. It clicks in and out normally.

Hi,

Do a hard reset first the PC might just went to Hibernate mode. Remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. Put them back all together then see if it turns on.
