leave workgroup tried basicsteps

[PatD3]

Must just leave workgroup I never joined personal pc win 7 dell inspiron stuff keeps happening I know I live next to a hacker have done all I know how I am sick of reloading my pc it is off workgroup then but then back on again so much so how many other ways to justget off workgroup and stay off workgroup can anyone read this?

TY for response but no I mean as I wrote I do mean workgroup it was greyed out now it is lite up but will not toggle off I changed it's name from generic "workgroup" which is what Might have taken it out of grey but I just want to turn it off see I am one person with one pc on closed Ethernet cable but hinky things keep happening it was last august 2012 I came home pc lit up flashing mouse moving around now the pc man said bad hack well the guy next door is a hack and proud of it and he has all kinds of gear just on the other side of this apt wall now I walked by with my laptop and it squealed loud at his door just walking by and if I use it in other room next to his it can squeal, look. I put my laptop on Ethernet wire to gain more security but I still have problems I delete Toredo in services you know services view show hidden files and it is added back I want to know how to be off workgroup when I reload pc from disc it works awhile then gets hinky again windows security has kicked off a Seed Albutar or Albotar keylogger thing 5-7 times but not for about 3 months well I want a closed system he said mocking stay off the internet now I do not know this is him nor can I ever prove it but I want a closed pc I really FEEL like going back to pencil paper and newspaper and I write and he quoted little pieces back I Hope I got him off now but I just deleted Toredo again and hard to move mouse and it jiggles back and forth curser I mean so my question stands How do I get off workgroup? It seems I have used alot of words but if I do not you may not get it. How do I get off workgroup? ty

If you want to be safe, do a full format and rebuild of Windows, install security software and all updates, disable remote desktop, password on login.

Also have a word with local police, they might be interested in his activities and can check your pc for you, just ensure nothing illegal on it that you know of.
