left audio comes from right and right comes from the left

the right audio comes from left and left comes from the right side this only happens with the 3mm audio jack and not usb headphones

ok can i ask you 1 more thing, why is this happening is it my case my mobo or driver issues since its only happening with 3mm jack and front panel

I guess the l and r wires from the front panel to the mobo are wired the wrong way round .... I assume the 3.5mm plug on the back of the mobo is right?
