Left click is right clicking

Hmm i just got a question real quick.

I have two laptop both are running on windows 8.1 so basically what happened is. My mouse (razer deathadder chroma) when i open google chrome and (left) clicked one of bookmarked it would open open another tab. But when i click on that tab it would closed it. So it does is (i think) whenever i left click it would actually right click. I dont know why. So i thought it was the mouse so i unplugged it and used the touch pad. It was basically doing the same thing. So i thought theres something wrong with the laptop so i factory reset it and it still doing the same thing. Even if i change the mouse i was using. Now in my (2nd laptop) its doing the same thing but even if i only use the touchpad its still doing it. What could be the problem? Is there something wrong with os 8.1? Please answer

Search for mouse settings in the control panel. Select left button as the primary button. What laptop is it?
