Lenovo B5400 to TV

I have a Lenovo B5400 laptop.

Via the HDMI cable I have tried to play videos on my LG TV.

However, as opposed to when I play videos from an old Toshiba laptop (just link up the HDMI and I’m away), the picture on the TV is larger than on the laptop, meaning that I lose the edge of the video all around.

Are there any settings on the Lenovo that I can change so that I can see the whole of the video on the TV?

Hi,

Please do try and to adjust the resolution of both the laptop and the TV until they match. Normally most LCD TV has a Auto Adjust that should adjust the resolution. But try this press Windows key + P and select either Extended or Duplicate and try if you'll see the same problem.
