correct me if i'm wrong, but doesn't china use a funky CDMA variant? meaning if it comes to the US at all, it'll be sprint/verizon only...

Wow, the marketing guy that named it should be fired :) Anyone old enough to remember the LeCar from the 70's? Right up there with the worst looking cars ever made.

The name alone just killed its marketability here in the US, unless they plan to advertise it to the female and homosexual market. LePhone sounds way too prissy for me. They should've put more thought into naming their product. Then again, it's going to be marketed only in China. Maybe if they decide to bring it stateside they'll consider renaming it.

End the end though, the phone would surrender.

Everyone wants a pieces of the pie these days. Don't get me wrong I love innovation, competition, and new gadgets, but in reality how many of these 'new kids' on the block are going to make it? Apple did, but they still don't have the saturation of Nokia. Of course that is changing, but it will still be some time before Apple hits Nokia like heights.

Stay with what you know folks. Give us innovation in your field of expertise, compete with those in your forum, and sell me stellar gadgets.
