Lenovo E350 Windows 7 BSOD On Startup

Hello everyone, my laptop suddenly BSoD the other day and now it won't start. Stop error 00007e.

I did a memory check and it failed almost immediately, but I swapped in brand new RAM and it did the same thing. I'm not sure what to do at this point, if it's be salvageable, I'd like to upgrade to Windows 10. If not, I'll need to remove the hard drive and get some stuff off it.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, as I stated, it did the same thing.
