Lenovo Easy Camera

When I installed Windows 10 on my Lenovo Z500 Touch Ideapad, the image on Easy Camera became unstable, constantly scrolling horizontally.The supplier of the software (Cyberlink's YouCam 7) has no idea what the cause or correction is.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The driver needs to be reinstalled as it might had been corrupted after the Windows 10 upgrade.

- Uninstall the old driver from Device Manager.
- Download and install the latest driver that should be located here:
http/support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/ideapad-z-series-laptops/ideapad-z500-notebook
- Make sure to reboot your PC once the latest driver has been installed.

I tried all the steps mentioned by you.. But still the issues not resolved.

Model number: Lenova 20221

System Type: x64-based PC

Please assist me to resolve this issue.
