Lenovo G710 graphics Problem

Hello.
Today when I tried to run a program with my Nvidia G820M random colors appeared as you can see in the screenshots when I use the Intel graphics card everything works great. So what do you think? Thanks for your help.

Does this happen when you use any program with the NVDIA card or just that program?
