Lenovo Ideapad 100s slow video playback

My Lenovo 100s 14" laptop runs very slow. Keyboard input is delayed, videos playback choppy, browse slow to respond, etc..

2gb ram using windows 10. New unit, ram is max, windows 10 is default o/s, any tweaking I can do to get it to perform better?

Those little 100s computers with atom CPUs don't do well with lots of things going at once. Delete ANY kind of bloatware on the PC.
