Lenovo ideapad 310 factory reset help

I have a lenovo ideapad 310 ... It is stuck in a boot cycle ... How do i factory reset through like the novo menu or something..?ps i cant even get to the login so it has to be a process before that to factory reset pps. Its running windows 10
