Lenovo Ideapad 510-15IKB won't turn on

I took my laptop apart to clean out the fan. Following all instructions, I put it back together, and now it won't turn on. The keyboard LED turns on and then turns off, and a little noise can be heard. I tried taking the RAM out, and the fan turns on and the keyboard LED stays on, but no display is presented on the monitor. Really scared and don't want to pay for a new laptop. Only a year and a bit old. Lenovo Ideapad 510-15IKB.

Since you took it apart, we have no way to see what you did. You need someone there to look it over and check for any issues.
