Lenovo IdeaPad G500S Questions

Hello, I going to buy Lenovo IdeaPad G500S and I have some questions about it.
Specs:
Brand: Lenovo IdeaPad G500S
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-3612QM Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.10 GHz), benchmark: 6898
Operating Memory (RAM): 6 GB, DDR3, 1600 MHz
Hard disc (HDD): 1 TB, 5400RPM, 8GB SSHD
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M, 2 GB DDR3
Opeating system: No OS

Question 1: Which version of Windows 7 should I use 32-bit or 64-bit?
Question 2: Will I have problems installing Windows 7 on laptop without OS? (booting, SSHD..)
Question 3: Will following games playable? (low settings) + frames if possible

1. You should use 64-bit so that the laptop can access more than 4GB of RAM.
2. As long as you have an optical drive, you will not have a problem installing Win 7.
3. All the games should be playable at between 1024x768 or 1366x768 resolution. See below link for some benchmarks. Note there could be multiple FPS per game depending on the actual laptop.
