Lenovo ideapad won’t turn on

My Lenovo ideapad 320 isn’t turning on, it’s on the lockscreen but it won’t let me enter in the password. I need to finish assignments, any help?

Then it is turning on, it just won't let you log in. Try turning it off and then attach an external keyboard. If that won't work, then the laptop needs to be looked at either by the manufacturer (if it is still under warranty) or by a local tech to determine the issue.
