Lenovo Ideapad y560

I have purchased a lenovo ideapad y560. My system startup is slow it takes about 3-5 min for it. Also multitasking is slow. I am not able to run two applications at once. Like installing a game and watching a movie. Movie gets struck in between. Also even if am tranferring data to my external hard disk and watching a movie still the movie gets struck.
