Lenovo laptop acts strange but no virus

when i use my laptop it suddenly starts to act up. it writes "5/Å^Y" and opens up the projector menu which comes up when you press windows key + P
sometimes my mousepad freezes until it touch it 2-3 times.

i've tried to run Malwarebytes, McAfee but neither of them find any viruses
this issue mainly happends when i use the laptops keyboard. i have reset my pc but i keeps occurring.

The Laptop is a Lenovo ThinkPad T560

it's possible that it's an issue with the keyboard itself. Try using an external keyboard ( usb) and see if you can get the issue to replicate. If you cannot get the issue to replicate with an external keyboard then it is definitely an issue with they keyboard on the laptop. Usually, replacement keyboards are readily available on ebay pretty cheap.
