Lenovo laptop bypass login its incorrect,?

Can't login with Microsoft because email is incorrect. Face recognition won't let me in either. Tried resetting in bios...

Contact Lenovo. There is no help on Tom's with passwords as we can't verify it's you. The fact that you don't know your e-mail, nor does the PC know your face tends to point towards it not being your laptop.
