No I don't have app that was installed on it but I know the serial number and everything about its

Without a tracking app you can't track. Make sure the cops have the serial number and check the pawn shops thats about all you can do.

They can't track it without an app either. Sorry but you're SOL.

Unfortunately, without tracking software there is no way for you to find your laptop. The best thing you do is try to remember when you last seen it / had it and then work forward from there to narrow down where you may have lost it, then search for it there.

Otherwise, your only option is to buy a new laptop.
