Solved! Lenovo laptop support

I cannot get my laptop to power on even when it is plugged in? I am trying to decide if it is worth repairing. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Well, do you know if the battery has a charge? If it does, will it power on without the AC adapter attached? It sounds like it could be a bad AC adapter, but the only way to be sure of that would be to find a working one that you could borrow before investing in a new adapter, which can be a bit pricey.
