Lenovo laptop too slow

I have this laptop

Laptop Lenovo Yoga 500-14 - 14.0" (i7-6500U/8GB/128GB)
intel Core i7-6500U 2.50 GHz

250GB SSD (http/www.samsung.com/semiconductor/minisite/ssd/product/consumer/860evo/ )

14.0" LED FHD IPS Anti-Glare touch

intel graphics 520

The problem that i have starts from the bios section. When you press the power button needs one minute to start reading boot priority. Of course i made a clean format and i replaced the disk. Now, i am currently using legacy bios not UEFI. I have done some bench my pc metrics and they say "a lot of usage cpu" I notice that nothing is happening while i running the benchmark.

LMAO. the samsung ssd 850 evo faster than ssd860 evo? That is not possible. I don't know what is happening. Sata 6 Gb/s both. The bus is faulty?

Too slow for what? You haven't really told us much, so we don't know if your laptop is slow because there's something wrong with it or slow because the specs are inadequate for your needs. For example, if you're gaming, it's not a gaming laptop and will suffer in modern games.

Well mine is brand new. I turned it on once and tried doing some simple things like changing my desktop background and opening a web browser and it seemed slow. I thought maybe it was because it was the first time I'd turned the computer on and maybe some things were downloading or starting up. I set it aside as I was in a hurry and didn't have time to mess with it. I just now opened it for the second time and it is taking forever for google.com and there seems to be a lag in response to clicks on the mouse. Seems super odd for a brand new computer with nothing on it.

My interface is sata iii but maximum speed is 3.0gbs.... now tell me possible answers.
