Lenovo Laptop was dropped and won't work now.

My Daughter accidentally dropped my Lenovo laptop. It turns on, The screens perfectly fine, Everything runs great. But it tries to got o the start up screen and said it failed, Would you like to try fixing the repairs? So I click it and it says it couldn't fix them. What on earth is wrong?

what on earth is wrong? well... it was dropped. so it's not like a file was deleted or something. it is most likely that (as they have said above) the hard drive was damaged, physical damage. take it to the repair shop or something
 
with the power off and the battery out...make sure the ram and hard drive are seated. try booting into windows using f8 to see if you can get in. also try booting of a hirem boot cd and run some hard drive test tools. run hd tune and see if the dropping of the laptop cause a head crash and damaged the hard drive platters. if it did your going to need to replace the hard drive.
