Lenovo legion y520 wont power on

I bought a brand new legion y520.
When i press the power button the entire keyboard repeatedly flashes and the pc qont turn on.
What can i do?

Is the battery fully charged? Did you try with the laptop connected to the wall's power outlet?

Its not fully charged
But i tried it while it was in the socket

It's almost as if the comouter is trying to boot but failing.
So it is retrying continuously.
