Circle with preparing automatic repair appearing continuously for more than 15 hours , no menu coming

Start at the beginning, need to know model of computer, did anything happen before this started, did you try do fix it already and how?

If Windows won't load, or run a repair, you can try a full clean factory reset which will wipe the system and set it up like it was new. If that also failed, it could be a bad hard drive.
