Lenovo tab 2 a10-70 won't boot

Hi every one. I have a Lenovo tab 2 a10-70 tablet it won't boot up. Power on and it got stuck on system recovery screen. Please help. Thanks.

On the system recovery screen what are you seeing? Is it giving you options to choose from? Or just an icon? or something else.

Also, was the device "Hard Reset" or rooted?
