Lenovo ThinkPad T430si Broken Screen Replacement

Recently, my thinkpad LCD shows a sign of damage. I'm planning to buy a replacement screen but i don't know what to look when buying a screen replacement for my thinkpad as i am having a hard time looking for a Lenovo Store in my place so my only option is to buy somewhere else. What are the things to look for when looking for a replacement screen?
