Good Evening,

Would like to know which one of the two i mentioned you all believe is better. I can both right now for under $600. Which is perfect for my budget but am willing to go up to $650.

If you all believe that both of these suck than can you please recommend somehting under $650 that would be better.

Games I Play: NBA 2K13, Far Cry 3, Guild Wars 2.

THANK YOU!!!

Not the most demanding games, but if you're going to play those games on anything over medium settings, you'll need to bump up your budget, it's important to have a decent dedicated GPU for gaming,

I may be able to go up to $700 but thats it.

Currently i game on an alienware m11x r1 which has a dedicated 335m card. Would the 610m be any better or the 7600g be better than the 335m?

You'll want at least GT 650m for Far Cry 3,

The special has been on for a while. I don't know when it will end.

Thank you for the reply. I guess I forgot to mention, I would love for the laptop to be under 4.3lbs if possible. I would go ahead with the Lenovo y400 if it wasnt for the fact that its so heavy and thick. Thank you though.

@hpfreak

The Acer is both heavier and bigger than the Y400.

The Y400 is really as small as it can get when it comes to game capable laptop.

If you think the Y400 is too heavy and large, then I can only think of one other laptop that fits that criteria. That's Clevo W110ER. But that's out of your price range.

Yeah the clevo is also too small screen wise. I was hoping for 13-14". But let me clarify real qucik about the gaming... I dont mind playing games on low-medium settings as long as the game doesnt "stutter". 20-30fps on guild wars 2 is fine for me...

So if one of those AMD A8-A10 processors with the 7650g or higher APU's would give me what i want than i would take it. Would love something that looked like the HP Envy Beats (thin wise)... let me know what you think,.
