Need help deciding between two different laptops:

Both are the same price:
Laptop 1 specs:
i7-4510, 16GB RAM, GT840 4GB, 8GB SSD + 1TB HDD (5400rpm), full Hd 15.6 inch screen

Laptop 2 specs:
i7-4710, 16 GB RAM, GT840 2GB, 1 TB (7200rpm), full Hd 15.6 inch screen

I'm more inclined towards the second laptop, however the I was wondering if the SSD and extra ram in the graphics of the first laptop will offset the difference between the processors?

I would get the second laptop as the differences between the cpu is very small. the ssd will make the largest impact as programs should load faster. the extra vram will only make a difference in games at ultra settings or heavy video editing software.
