Lenovo X220, can I improve with ccleaner, malware etc?

I just bought a used X220 with original Windows 7, Professional with Lenovo extras (some seems truely useful apps, not just bloatware). I am wondering if this model needs further "cleaning". Seems Lenovo has been very careful in software management side of things.

Actually it's a good idea to install both CCleaner and Malwarebytes since it will keep your PC off from malwares and temp files that could just cramp your PC so with these being said both of these software can help in improving the performance of your PC.
