Lenovo y480 and geforce 640m

can anyone comment on the power of this graphics card? I looked up benchmarks, but it really means nothing to me as I have little experience in the field anyways. any comments would be helpful.

my main uses will be games (diablo 3/wow).

There is a strong suspicion that the GT 640M in Lenovo Y480 is actually the NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE model. Which isn't terrible.

The GT 640m found in the Y480 is marginally better than the GT 550M found in the previous generation Y470.

It is capable of playing most graphically intensive games with medium graphics quality t 1366x768 resolution while getting good frame rates. It should be fine for WoW and Diablo 3.
