Solution
Get the lenovo laptop. There service is good. Its not on site(please confirm it at the shop) but there depot warranty is also good. And the hardware specs you are getting are quite good. Why settle for a year old processor when you are getting the new one???

hey but you wont get the y560p as yet! All sandybridge NBs are on hold! And i dont think the ASUS will cost that much...the y560p with a similar config is priced at around 57k....how can the ASUS be so outrageously overpriced??

Its simply beacause its not availaible in India. Its main models are only availaible like eePC and G53.Rest are imported in India by resellers and sold.As they have an international warranty its not a problem.

I have the y560p (Microcenter, Chicago USA $779) and I like it a lot. You can add an Intel 310 SSD to this laptop to speed things up. Windows index Processor 7.4, memory 7.5, both graphics 6.7, disk 5.8

No new processors are expected from intel as they have already released sb processors.AMD is due with its fusion core processors. No new gpus as nvdia and ati have released there latest gpus.BUT there WILL BE new sandybridge Laptops in the market.

it's depends on materialistic approach.... What du u want?

luk dell has got 1333MHz DDR3 SDRAM nw dats better than lenovo ideapad y560 with a DDR3 1066MHz,

also dell gives u 500GB 7200RPM Hard Drive.. nw dat is faster than lenovo's 500G 9.5mm 5400rpm..

plus dell has gt JBL speakers.. really nice sound

but if ur lukng body wise.. defintly lenovo hs gt d edge.. better reliable body, strength and better luks, dell fails at dis part..
