Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro Adaptable 13.3” Ultrabook - Freezes randomly

hi,

I have this laptop with windows 10 and all drivers are installed.
the problem is it randomly freezes sometimes with screen as it is or some times with distorted horizontal lines and when hard reset it works fine.

by random freeze i mean can freeze after an hour or few hours or even after one day

can someone help me out with this issue plz

Hi,

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by connecting an external monitor on to your laptop and see if you'll still get the horizontal lines on it.
- Next is to uninstall/reinstall the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Intel Graphics driver.
- Next is to uninstall anything related to Intel Graphics in Programs and Features.
- Download and install the latest driver once completely uninstalled.

- Reboot the laptop once the driver has been installed then test it again.
- And lastly, do a clean install of Windows 10 and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If all these will not work, do contact Lenovo for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.

ummmm gonna adapt this for flex 10??
will update if it works i did write an actual post for my similar probs but i wasn't logged in & it disappeared!!
