Question Lenovo yoga2 pro Display flashing

When using Laptop and battery decays to 1/2 charge, the screen starts flashing on/off...Plugging into main power for a few seconds and then removing power adapter and the screen becomes stable for an hour. Then again flashes until I repeat same.

Drivers are up to date...problem remains. I believe it started after the May 2019 major update to Windows 10. I'm using Win 10 Professional.
