Question Lenovo z510 not turning on

Hello! I really need your help. My laptop, an old Lenovo z510 is not turning on anymore, the battery is not charging anymore, the power on led is flashing an orange-red color and when I try to turn it on the charging led is white. I didn't use it for like 2 years. I will attach a photo of the motherboard and it's components.

When sitting for a while systems tend to have issues. Remove the battery and CMOS battery, hold in the power button for about 30 seconds, plug in only wall power and see if it turns on. That thing looks taken apart almost fully, why was it taken apart with the screen off?
