Lens stuck in on LUMIX DMC-GF7

My LUMIX camera has a twist out lens that won't twist out, it is just stuck in the closed position.
Does anybody have any advice on how I can attempt to fix this?
I think it may be a bit of grit but I can't see how I would be able to open it to clean it out.

I would suggest you go to a camera repair shop. Google camera repair near me. A service call is cheap, camera gear is expensive and a little fragile.
