I have a lg widescreen monitor but i have a problem, whenever i record and render,It is widescreen so its bigger than 1280x720 or 1920x1080 but whenever i render it, i have to push it together and it makes the video look squished, and i cant figure out how to fix it, So if someone could help me with this that would be great :)

Just upload your video at 2560x1080 resolution. Youtube will automatically add pillarboxing (black bars) around the video and you end up with a result similar to when 2.39:1 anamorphic widescreen content is made to fit on 16:9 DVD/Bluray video.

If you do this people on youtube can view the full-resolution video (2560x1080) by selecting the "1440p" option in the video settings menu.

This did not work, I have uploaded a video of a raw 2560x1080 video, and on youtube it has black bars same on my phone.

The youtube video player does not support 21:9 resolutions. People with 21:9 monitors will always get black bars around video uploaded at 21:9 - because youtube will add horizontal black bars to make the 21:9 video 16:9, and then the player will add vertical black bars to make the now-16:9 video fit on a 21:9 monitor. There is no way to get around this until youtube updates its video player for native 21:9 support.

Until that happens, though, the method I suggested to you is the best option at this point - it preserves all the detail of the original video, results in correct playback for people with 16:9 monitors, and does not require any extra editing steps on the uploader's part.

Theres no 1440p option and also what about the people that do have widescreen monitors like jahova witness?

Make sure you are waiting long enough for youtube to process the 1440p version (it can take a while).

As for making youtube work properly with 21:9 monitors, there's apparently a chrome extension for that called UltraWide. Never tried it myself since I don't have an ultrawide monitor, but it has decent reviews so I assume it works.

Like jahova witnesses channel he doesnt have black bars, but his video doesnt seem stretched
