Solved! Lg 40lv560h picture issues

I have an lg 40lv560h that has a display issue. When turned on, the picture blinks on and off about every two seconds, not the television power, but just the picture. Also when the picture does come on, the image is very faint and all white. Thought it might be my led light panel, so i pulled the board off of another tv of the same model that i knew had a working panel. But when tested the tv did the same thing exactly. My next thought would ne the tcon board but on this model the tcon is actually attached straight to the lcd. Could the power supply board or the input board cause these issues? I have cleaned all connections and ensured that these are not the issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Sounds like backlit to me.

Remember old fluorescent lights, when they try to "fire up?" u maybe too young to remember those, but that's what sounds like.

I changed out the whole led panel. But im still getting the same behavior

The driver. They used to call that circuit an inverter. It could be its own little PCB, or built into the PSU. Check YouTube, u never know somebody there fix this before.
