Lg 49uf6430 issue

Hard to describe exactly but my tv works but the image will freeze for a second and then it will continue moving while still showing the frozen image for a few seconds then will be normal and this repeats itself over and over while watching. I have a small video I can attach or share .
Have had some think it was the main board and one say it was the panel. Help!!!
