Lg G3 will not reboot

I have tried everything and followed all instructions and my lgg3 will not go into safe mode or factory reset.
Please help.

Are you making sure you turn off the device before you try "Save Mode" or a "Hard Reset"? If not, it won't work. It has to start from a point of being off, not on.
