Question LG led tv and Roku How do I enable HDMI-CEC and ARC on my TV?

I have a 28" inch LED tv model # 28LJ400B-PU along with a Roku - Express HD Streaming Media Player model# 3930R. How do I enable HDMI-CEC and ARC on my TV? It feels that I tried and nothing has worked.

Couldn´t find any evidence in the manual nor in the specifications of the TV, that it has these features implemented.

HDMI CEC in LG TVs is called Simplelink , which is not mentioned
