Solved! LG LM 620S hdd

When i put hdd1tb, and flash drive32gb, and try to record channels, he told that i need to insert hdd even is hdd on tv. He recognize that i put hdd on, but when i try to record he told this.
What i do wrong?

remove the flash drive, connect the HDD to USB port 1

To be able to use the USB recording function on this LG, for the first time using a HDD, it has to be formatted by the TV first. (all data will be lost!!)

After that, press Home/My Apps on the remote.
Select the app Digital recording or similar
initialize the HDD with the app

I do this, but this dont work. I try with 1tb hdd, 32gb flash, 64gb flash.

Which exact error message is coming up, while you use start the app "digital recording"?
"To connect a dedicated DVR USB storage device
1 Connect a USB HDD (40 GB or larger) to the HDD IN jack on the TV. The DVR
function works only with the HDD IN jack.
2 USB HDD must be initialized to be used for DVR.
When connecting a USB HDD that has not been initialized, select MY APPS ➾
DVR. USB Device Initialization screen appears.
3 Complete the USB HDD initialization, and set Timeshift Mode to On.

confirm the message that the USB storage device has been removed before

Did the recording work in the past?

Which exact HDD brand and model is plugged into the HDD port of the TV?

Try all 3 USB ports as well.

Is the updated firmware/software, version 04.62.12 on the TV?

Can you show pictures/play videos from the HDD?

Set the "HBB TV" feature to inactive in the menu.

power off the TV, remove the power cable, press the power button at the TV for about 30seconds, power on again

TV is on newest filmware. I try all 3 ports. I can watch videos from hdd, but when i go to DVR or start to recording he told me that i need to put hdd even if hdd is on tv.
HBB TV? What is it?

If videos are on the hdd, do you have space left to record via the dvr?
Did you format the hdd via the tv yet?
