LG minibeam ph150g projector cannot display image for more than a couple of minutes

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have a lg minibeam ph150g. Using a usb memory stick I am displaying single images using the projector. However just after a couple of minutes the projector simply turns off the image and goes back to the image menu. Meaning I have to reselect the image using the remote to show it again...this can be a real pain and make what I want to do untenable. I was wondering if their is a setting or someway I could stop this from happening allowing me to show the single image for as long as I want without it reverting back to the image libary menu. I have looked online and the manual and I just cannot find any info. Any help would be great thank you.

have a look at the time settings
Auto off and automatic standby
maybe the projector has a safety trigger, so the image can´t burn the lens
