LG optical connection to RCA tv

I have an lg soundbar with a optical connection I need to connect to an RCA tv without a optical port. Can I make this happen with an adapter?

Cant be specific without model numbers. If the TV has coax digital out you can convert it to optical audio out.

If it has an analog audio out or headphone out you can use an ADC like this one

If it doesn't have any audio outputs. Any external sources could be connected to the soundbar or you could use an HDMI switcher with audio extraction like this one.
